Not To Be Outdone

His sister has gotten a lot of attention lately because of her big birthday and all. He's been very good about it, and even reminds me that he's older than her by showing me from time to time.

"Hey Mom, I'm 4!"



He recently decided he wanted to be a sheriff - like Woody the Cowboy in Toy Story . . . only he wanted to be a bandit too - so we got a bandanna and pretended to be a rouge sheriff for a little bit.



He's silly sometimes . . .



He's growing up so fast. Even though I miss that lovely little baby, I rather like the little man he is becoming.

A Celebration Week

We are getting busy around here planning a most special birthday this weekend. There will be cake and ice cream and balloons, and she has no fear about telling anyone she meets that she is having a "flower party."



At times, I have a hard time believing she's already turning 3 - and then there are times where I can't believe she's only been around for 3 short years.



She's such a perfect fit for me.



Thank heaven for little girls.

A Treat

I was able to pick him up a little early from school last week, so we went and got a treat.



Just a few quick snaps of my little man and his Frosty. (P.S. One of the yummiest chilled treats I can remember having as a kid - second only to Mississippi State Ice Cream :))
